FUNDAMENTALS of Golf for Boys and Girls 5-9 years old
For 5 - 9 years old boys and girls
4:45pm - 6:00pm
Starts on Monday, October 3
Ends on Monday, November 14
(No Class on October 31)
The cost is $120 for all six sessions.

During FUNDAMENTALS, we will focus on the fundamental movement skills that are used in all sports. During the 90 minute sessions, we will use stations to help the children develop the skills that are needed to play golf.

In addition to golf skills, we will be working on agility, kicking, striking, balance, catching, locomotion, jumping, rotation, core strength, and throwing.

LEARN TO PLAY Classes for Boys and Girls 10-13 years old
For 10 - 13 year old boys and girls
4:45pm - 6:00pm
Starts on Thursday, September 29
Ends on Thursday, November 3
The cost is $120 for all six sessions

During Learn to Play classes, we will introduce sports skills, work on fundamental movement skills, and introduce golf specific skills.

The Learn to Play classes will include skill development including upper and lower Body mobility and stability, wrist motion, striking, agility, balance, coordination, plus golf skills (putting chipping, and full swing).
