The Golf Academy at Timber Creek Golf Club is dedicated to helping you improve your golf game. Whether you are a beginner, a recreational player, or a highly skilled player, we have a program designed to fit your needs. We offer private lessons for all player types. We also offer a wide variety of group lessons. If you have a group of friends, clients, or coworkers you would like to do a workshop with, just give me a call and we will customize a lesson offering that will fit your needs.

The Golf Academy at Timber Creek also offers Custom Club Fitting to help you play your best. We offer custom fit golf clubs from Ping, Titleist, and TaylorMade. David Pilsner is certified as a Ping and Titleist club fitter. For the ultimate driver fitting and the best system available for determining set makeup, we use the Accusport Vector Pro Launch Monitor. Properly fit golf clubs are a must for you to play your best.

David Pilsner, Class A PGA Member since 1983, has joined the staff at Timber Creek Golf Club as Director of Golf Instruction. A native of Victoria and a graduate of the University of Texas, Pilsner’s career includes tours of duty as the Head Golf Professional at Bay Oaks Country Club, Golfcrest Country Club, and Riverhill Country Club. In 2007-2008, he served as President of the Southern Texas PGA, and is currently serving as Honorary President. Pilsner was honored as the 2008 Southern Texas PGA Golf Professional of the Year.
